Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3 business days from when the order is processed. Flash orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive in 2 business days from when the order is placed. Expedite orders must be placed by 12:00 PM PT to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672).
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $5.95 if orders are under $50. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59pm Pacific Time (PT) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on Sephora.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Flawless LA purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Flawlessla.com purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Flawless LA monitors return activity by customers and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Flawless LA will no longer accept any returns from that customer.
Flawless LA purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below). We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
♦ When you return your purchase to Flawless LA by mail and we receive your item within 60 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
♦ Items purchased on FlawlessLA.com may not be returned by mail, and will not be refunded, 90 days after the purchase date. Items shipped to Flawless LA outside of the returns window may not be returned to you.
Flawless LA Return Procedures
Here are two easy ways to return your item:

♦ Fill out both sides of the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
♦ Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and Flawless LA packaging (if available).
Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
♦ Place Shipping label you received from Flawless LA
♦ You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
